Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. PepLedger does not see your card details or process payments.

To manage a subscription, start a trial, or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com within the refund window for your region.

Restoring purchases on a new iPhone

Open PepLedger → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, premium access reactivates automatically.

iCloud backup

iCloud backup is optional and uses your own iCloud — PepLedger never holds a copy. Enable it in Settings → Data & Backup → iCloud.

If a backup fails, the most common cause is iCloud being signed out at the system level or being out of storage. Settings → [your name] → iCloud will show both.

Deleting your data

Settings → Data & Backup → Delete all data wipes journal records and exports from this device in one tap. Deleting the PepLedger app from your iPhone also removes its sandbox.

If you used iCloud backup, you can delete the PepLedger container from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Provider PDF, CSV, JSON exports

Settings → Share with provider builds a single PDF over a date range you choose, with adherence, sites, amounts, and notes. CSV and JSON exports are available alongside it for spreadsheets and full backups.

Apple Health

Connecting Apple Health is optional. PepLedger reads weight, body fat percentage, and waist measurements only when you grant permission. It does not write anything to Apple Health.

To revoke access: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → PepLedger.
